"Clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff. There are no washcloths or toiletries like you would expect at an American Hotel. You can purchase these items around the corner at a local market or store. Room cleaned every 2 days. Stayed 9 nights. Continental Breakfast served daily between 7-10 am. There are several restaurants within walking distance. KFC is about a 10 minute walk. There is an elevator. ATM, MoneyGram, Western Union, several banks and places to exchange money nearby. I paid 25 euros from Tirana Airport to the hotel. There is a kettle, small refrigerator, desk, chair, and black out curtains. There is a water dispenser in the lobby. Bed is comfortable. "

"Nice hotel we selected due to 4am departing flight. The ultimate gesture if they would have tried to accommodate early checkout with a takeaway bag with a bottle of juice and a snack bar like other hotels we stayed that went above and beyond and very impressionable to support these hotels. Too bad we couldn’t have morning breakfast but otherwise nice stay. Beds were more on the plush side. Size was more than adequate for 3 people. Very fragrant towels and no issues with WiFi or TV. Had a functional towel warmer which is always a plus as an amenity. Stayed one night on New Year’s Eve and had a nice display of nearby fireworks. Helpful staff with 5 minute walk to terminal. Would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Staff was welcoming and efficient. Can be noisy if live events in Skanderbeg square at night. Balcony view was nice. Breakfast provided guests with energy for exploring city. Location was close to major bus station hub and other landmarks. Would recommend this hotel to anyone."
