The hotel itself is very clean, updated, comfortable. The room we had was on the traditional side and was spacious with a separate bedroom with balcony with river view. Buffet dinner was delicious. Room little dated but extremely spacious, and very clean. Only comment is lack of USB port. Buffet was adequate but missing the ‘wow’ factor. Rakuten STAY VILLA Kinugawa Riverside
The apartment was very clean. All the amenities worked as expected. The large flat screen TV was very nice. The Onsen and hot stone bath were great.

Allajin projector was broken. The smell from the drain filled the whole room. The footsteps from the person upstairs are bothering me. It was okay, but once was enough.
