"Very nice warm welcome and good communication.........but................. Apartment was definitely NOT 'luxury'!! We went in January so it was cold at night. When we arrived around midnight, the apartment was FREEZING, and there was one small electric heater for the whole 3 bed apartment which we were told should not be left on during the night. No heaters in the bitterly cold bathrooms - tried to have a bath after water heater was left on all night: water ran out very quickly, so sat in 2...

"Amazing staff, beautiful grounds right on Nile with nice pool. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Mohammed the restaurant manager at Rosetta restaurant always went out of his way to make our evening meal special. They decorated the room with flowers and cake for my birthday. The location is excellent. Very close to Karnak Temple. "
