The house is spacious and gorgeously decorated, and the land itself is wooded and private. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking down to the river to skip rocks. Mark was very responsive to questions that we had while there. We will absolutely be back!
This is probably the first time I’ve stayed at a property that was exactly like the pictures in the listing. I was so impressed. We had a group in town for a football game and had an amazing time.
Truly a beautiful, comfortable house and will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.
Quiet & pretty setting, clean and comfortable upscale home
The home was as advertised and more. Possibly the nicest and most accurately described home we've ever rented. With idyllic and quiet surroundings, on the edge of a ravine and close to river, the home had many creature comforts and everything we needed to make our 4 day stay relaxing and enjoyable. Mark was very responsive in our communications. I would highly recommend, and hope to stay during the summer time to enjoy river activities.
We are a local family to South Bend and needed a place to stay while our house was being renovated. This house was relaxing and felt like home. Mark was very helpful if we needed anything and accommodating to our check out needs. We rode our bikes everyday, and found deer antlers on the old golf course. Thank you!
The pictures didn't do this place justice! The property felt secluded, heavily wooded, and private. The house was very beautifully decorated and had every amenity that you could think of. Relaxing in the hot tub early in the morning or late at night was so peaceful. We had great communication with Mark and he was very accommodating even down to wishing our daughter good luck as she competed at Notre Dame. Would highly recommend this home for a nice peaceful stay.
Beautiful, clean, loads of extras. Communication was excellent, beds were comfy. We can’t say enough about our stay. We loved it and hope we can get back soon.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We ranged in age from 20 to 83 and everyone enjoyed their stay. From snacks, to excellent communication, to prefect accommodation, Mark (the host) was amazing in every way. Thank you, Mark, for making our weekend first class!
Our goal: to have a reunion of 5 college roommates, the first time we have all been together in 47 years. The Riveredge Retreat at Signal Point was the perfect venue. Impeccably clean, spacious, accommodating, with natural beauty and history. A wonderful weekend retreat to reconnect, laugh, share memories, and renew friendship and spirit. We all hope to return soon.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, well maintained house with 3 very nice bedrooms. Kitchen was nice and had all the required utensils and spices. Picturesque walk and view of the river. We made good use of the river kayaks. Owner responded quickly and effectively to address an issue. Overall excellent experience.
