"We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. "We (2 adults and 2 kids) had a pleasant stay at Stumpfields. It is 500 meters above Ooty town and within half an hour driving distance. This picturesque place is quiet, serene and well-maintained. Plenty of small and medium sized birds can be seen in and around the property. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very good and homely and the rooms are well maintained. The access to the property is steep, narrow and the terrain is little rugged, so be prepared and experience is needed to get to the parking spot near the manor. There are parking spots available a little away as well... Aged and elderly with mobility issues might have difficulties in this place, so best to avoid. Please note that pets are not allowed here."
