Everything was as pictured online! Great location and beautiful property! The hot tub out on the deck was our most favorite part! Grill worked great, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed games out on the upper deck while it rained! We had a great time and will definitely book again!
We wanted to catch up with college friends and this was the perfect spot. The large covered porch was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen was large enough to fix meals and the great room for playing games and just talking. So quiet and peaceful- it was a perfect spot. It’s about 15 mins to restaurants in Nashville.
The property was more than we expected. Everything in the cabin was clean. We couldn't believe the great pots and pans in the kitchen. The hot tub was a little hot for us so we turned it down a couple degrees. We were disappointed there was no firewood, but we bought some in town. We stayed here three nights, our bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the campfire and deck swings. will definitely use this cabin again. P.S. almost forgot very secluded!
No window coverings on any windows. Had a hot tub but didn’t list it so we didn’t have our swimsuits. Security code is easily compromised. But it was clean and relatively close Nashville. Just felt like it’s overpriced for what we got.
Family stay in nice, secluded cabin with good amenities.
Cabin and property were private, nice, & beautiful. Owners provided good amenities including Shower body wash and shampoo, and even firewood for outdoor fire pit. Cabin with spacious for the four of us. Beautiful wrap around deck on Main level without door seating and porch swing.
A few disappointments included some earlier questions I sent to the host were never responded to. This included things regarding some of what they would or would not supply so we knew what to pack as well as inquirings about some of the additional fees including a $400 "extra person" fee. Cabin does in fact sleep six as advertised, and we have a four-person family 18 years of age and older.
Rented for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend and she was thoroughly happy and impressed. Beautiful and comfortable cabin on a stunning, secluded property. Would gladly return. The staff was responsive
Kitchen had every tool, pot, and pan we needed. Hot tub looked and felt brand new! Everything was clean and organized.Only issue we had is one of the dual-opening doors had a lock that didnt work, the floor is gouged out and they need a new lock plate. Other than that, everything was great! Super quiet and peaceful location.
I was very pleased with the quality of this cabin. It was very clean at check in, the pictures were very accurate to the land and inside of the cabin, and we were huge fans of all the speakers spread out throughout. We will definitely be back to this cabin for any trips to Brown County.
Nice cabin with awesome music system, kitchen is well stocked, bedding was nice, need sleep masks as windows are not covered, fire pit was wonderful to use.

We loved the property. The only negative is that the hot tub isn't covered and quite the jaunt to the door. In the winter months it makes for a very cold walk back.
My oldest is a Freshman at IU. We rented this cabin as a place for our family to spend IU's Family Weekend together. It was absolutely perfect!!!! The wrap around porch was our favorite location. We hung out together by the porch swing and enjoyed meals outside at the large outdoor table. The cabin itself offered plenty of room for all of us. We will all look forward to our next trip! Thank you to the owners for sharing your little oasis with us!
he primary reason for getting this cabin, along with the charm was the hottub . This was the only reason we were paying high charges. As soon as we got in we had to literally jump out as the water was extremely HOT. So hot that our legs turned red. The temp was in excess of 108!!! At that temp it is dangerous to the health.
The rest of the cabin was nice and in a very beautiful location. The interior was decent. Although the inside was cleaned , the outside furniture was a different story. Both the upstairs and downstairs tables & chairs were dusty.
The biggest concern and the 1 star is due to the hot tub ..... 108 degrees !!!! that was just a big health & safety issue and as a guest I do not expect to be cooked alive!!
The cabin is very private - no roads or other homes were visible from the property. It is very well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find K cups and ground coffee, spices, flour, charcoal, and plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, etc. There were also numerous board games, puzzles, magazines, books, and outdoor games. The hot tub is new and very clean. There is no light pollution and the hot tub is great for stargazing. Our college student son wants me to mention that all the couches were very comfortable and great for naps! There are two family rooms, which is perfect if you have a mix of early birds and night owls in your group. We would definitely recommend staying here.
