They forgot about the welcome drink. Need to push a few times to finally get it. But overall the staff are nice and helpful.

There are no A/C because there are construction going on. They should at least compensate with breakfast offerings, but instead nothing. This hotel is new but without A/C, it is not the best place to stay in this humid weather.
