"I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...
