"The views are the best"

"I felt like I was at my Grandmother's house - this is a compliment because it was cozy (especially with the fireplace) and comfortable. Not so cookie cutter as most hotel chains I've used are very similar. My only complaint is I could hear the freeway from my room so I didn't sleep as well as I wanted."

"Clean and a beautiful view. But be prepared that if you have a downstairs room you will hear lots of clomping above you. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed as that was why we wanted to stay there. Overall nice but a tired room"

"Overall, our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. However, there was one incident on our last day that I felt needed to be shared. During breakfast, one male staff member (appeared to be around 58–63 years old) seemed visibly unhappy and was handling dishes in a rough manner. There were several instances of loud banging and abrupt movements while arranging plates, which drew attention and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a family traveling with three kids (ages 11–16), this moment stood out because it disrupted what had otherwise been a very pleasant experience. My children felt uneasy due to the noise and tension. I have already reached out to management, as I believe this is something that can be improved for future guests. Aside from this, everything else during our stay was wonderful. I hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for others."

"Food was great in the breakfast and dining room. Rooms are VERY spacious and lovely--couch isn't terribly comfortable but it was so nice to have one. Only issues were with the on site laundry (neither dryer was working) and there were no vending machines on wither floors 3 or 4 where my family was. (I wanted bottled water at night). Service was friendly and quick otherwise, and the location is fantastic. "

"I celebrated New Year’s with other guests in the Bar. Beautiful atmosphere, I had the Edna Valley suite overlooking the Main Street. Chinese food, Mexican and Hamburger joint all nearby and all were good. Would love to return."
