Got a cold on Sado island but I had a really nice sleep back to Niigata and felt completely recharged. Super kind and attentive staff. Parking is a bit pricy at the hotel but I had no problems finding plenty of parking lots nearby. "

"We decided to walk to the hotel from Niigata Station, not realizing it was about to rain. It was a downpour by the time we got to the lobby, but one of the staff saw us coming and met us with dry towels at the door! It was so thoughtful! And that was just the start of great service. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!"

The hotel’s only small downside is that it is slightly isolated - very convenient to the convention center next door, but not much else. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Niigata. "
