Good hotel room for the price. The lobby is on the 4th floor so it was a little difficult to find at first. I was able to check my luggage before the check-in time. The breakfast was quite crowded but they let us take the food up to our rooms so it was fine. It was a decent sized room right next to the station. There are lots of food options nearby as well.

I did not like as the hotel in 4th floor, and the parking was too far , l took the luggage to go to the 4th floor, very difficult and inconvenient. Overall the hotel is good , service and breakfast was good

チェックアウトしてからの荷物預けが、鍵付きの個別スペースで預けるのも受け取るのも自分でできるのが便利だった（ちょっと取り出したいなどすぐできるし）。駅前なのでとにかく交通の便が良かったです。

東横インさんには、いつもいろんな地域でお世話になっています。今回のホテルは駅前で近くにコンビニもあり、とても便利でした。 欲を言えば、朝食が朝6時30分からで、仕事で早くに出ないといけなかったので、6時開始だったらいいのになあと思いました。でも、朝食会場のスタッフもフロントスタッフもみなさん丁寧に対応してくれ、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました。

二年前に続き、東京03地方公演遠征で利用。 一昨年は羽生譲のアイスショーと重なり、エレベーターは来ないわ、チェックアウトに30分はかかるわ、最悪だったが、今回は自動チェックアウト機が設置されていて改善はされていた。

バドミントンの大会が開催されていて、その関係者で満員でした。その為か、朝食が6時半開始でその直後に並びましたが、20分待ちました。部屋に持って行き食べる事ができ助かりました。人気のホテルですね。
