"Great location and nicely newly built hotel Reason not 5 star - one of the room ( A ) has infested a lot of black bugs and we had to tell children not go into it and did not use the room at all - the place has strong new construction smell when first entering after opening window for a night it improved "

"設備は立派ですが清掃は最悪です！床には足跡、お風呂のドアレール、トイレの排水口はカビだらけ、キッチンカウンターにはホコリ　いったいどこを清掃して23000円も請求するのか理解できません！備え付けのタオルには髪の毛がたくさんついてて気持ち悪かったです"

"Great property with all that you need and more. Walkable to the slopes but is uphill so can be tiresome. Probably about 5 minutes back and 8 minutes to the slopes. Host is super helpful and accomodating. Easily fit 7 of us comfortably and spacious. Washing machine and drying space is welcome as are the kitchen amenities (coffee, tea and rice!). Heating and showers work well and beds are comfortable. Super quiet area as well "

"The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The bus runs only a couple of times a day from the airport so plan accordingly and is at the top of a hill (which makes sense for ski but is a trek if you're on your feet). It is a very clean and beautiful property and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. The views from the room are spectacular. "
