You'll also find a coffee maker to help you kick start your day and a toaster for your morning bread. The sleeping loft (accessible by ladder) offers a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Step outside onto the private patio and enjoy the BBQ grill, perfect for preparing delicious meals. You might also find outdoor seating to enjoy your food. The entire space is designed to provide a tranquil retreat with modern amenities, creating a memorable experience. Enjoy a private entrance and relax in your own space. You can also find a bathroom with all the necessary facilities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio tiny home, ensuring complete privacy and a personal retreat. This includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy sleeping area. Step outside onto the private patio where you can enjoy the BBQ grill. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the waterfront setting and the garden. A private entrance ensures a seamless experience.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Additionally, use caution around the pond, especially with young children or non-swimmers. Take note that the loft sleeping area is only accessible by ladder.
