"This place was great to stay at, up to date, very quiet, comfortable bed, Communication was good. You show up you’re given a code very easy to understand will definitely be coming back here to stay the next time I’m in London. Transportation for bus service is right outside your door the train is a minute walk stores everywhere to eat or shop. Just a good experience staying here "

"Awesome 5 nights spent in this hotel, we were so sad to leave. The mattress was super comfortable we knocked out almost immediately after laying on the bed. Really worth it to get the king size bed. One point to note is that the rooms are meant for couples as the bathroom is open and doesn’t have a door (unless you’re okay with that!)"

Great place for any occasion

"Amazing accommodations and friendly staff. Clean room with the most comfortable bed! There was even multi-national outlets for convenience. Safe area and walking distance to public transit as well as main tourist attractinos. I would definitely recommend and looking forward to a future visit. "

Nice hotel in central location

"Great hotel location close to underground station. Room was spacious enough and had great lighting and space to put our things out on. Beds were comfortable..only negative comment is a draft from the a/c right above the bed. Great closet with lighting! We would stay there again!"

"Excellent service. Arrived from Vancouver after a nine hour flight about 30 minutes early for check in. The girl behind the counter originally asked us to wait 30 minutes but when I said we were dying to get in and get washed up and have a nap after a red eye flight she got us in immediately and no extra charge. These little acts of kindness are what separates the good from the great places to stay. "

"!!! location, location, location !!! British Library and British Museum walking distance. Grocery store (waitrose), laundry nearby, restaurants and shops make this an ideal spot. Also the tube, train, rail and bus make this spot close to everything in London and beyond (trains to Europe and England). The staff has been very courteous and helpful. This is our second stay in this property, and will continue to be when in London. Practical for all our needs Thanks a lot ! Daniel"
