SUMMER SPECIAL RATE! Oceanfront DREAM with private beach,pier

"Our first time to the Caribbean. Wanted a villa with direct reef access. This villa produced this in spades. From the Terrance to the sea and abundant coral reef sealife in a minute. I took my final scuba test here, first time in open water. Saw turtle, sting ray right off the jetty. My wife and I snorkelled from the jetty multiple times a day in the shallow reefs and saw so much even in comparison to most of the other beaches we snorkelled from. If you want to scuba or snorkel, this is definitely the spot. The villa has everything you will need , kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The lounge and outside areas are fine for two to four people. Bedrooms are comfortable (1 king and 2 singles that can be joined as another king) and the bathrooms (shower) are large and modern. During the day we opened the windows and doors to benefit from the breeze, after sunset put on all the AC, we were comfortably under our electricity usage limit. The AC in the lounge is a bit tired and could do with replacing but as we were there in Sept (apparently the hottest time of the year) it coped well.security is not an issue and location is just about perfect. We did not want to be in the main town and the villa is within a short 5 to 10 mins drive from anywhere in the capital. Parking was easy and relaxed at least in Sept. So many restaurants it was difficult to chose where to go. All the beachfront bars and eateries are great, you pay a little more for the views but what views."

"This has been an amazing stay with everything as stated in the listing, super well stocked kitchen and all the bedrooms & bathrooms being comfy and great views of the water. The back patio and ocean front access to great snorkeling/diving were wonderful. The entire family found it perfect and we plan to come back again! Outside showers and front diver locker were so helpful. We loved that the lower deck was switched to tile from sand, great change!Thanks for the great stay!"
