"Great"

"The water park was poorly maintained. Around midnight I was worn up to someone attempting to enter my room which I'm so glad I had the security lock on. I tried calling the desk and realized the room phone did not work at all. Called from my cell and found out it was a staff member trying to come in to get something thinking it was not occupied. Overall not a great experience. I asked for a discount due to being scared half to death in the middle of the night and they said they would talk to...

"We liked our comfortable suite very much. The front desk staff were so welcoming, and a manager texted us right away to ask if there was anything we needed. Bob, the maintenance man, was prompt and cheerful to fix a small problem. The pool was so clean and the water warmed. We plan to visit again!"

"I did not see that there was a fee of $34 just to park your car. For dog owners be aware there is a $75 per night fee which is much higher than most hotels. They double charged me and it took them 6 days to get me my money back. I had already prepaid with a credit card as well."

"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."
