Awful stay and attitude.

Awful stay , no hot water at all in the evening in any room , reception staff very lax attitude towards the problem as if they didn’t care , bed was hard as nails , completely dissatisfied and expect a complete refund after riding a motorcycle for twelve hours and not be able to shower and get a good nights rest is totally unacceptable, surprised at Hotels .com as never had a problem before .

The car park does not belong to the hotel. There are people living in their cars, cars with no number plates and an abandoned trailer. There is perpetually a group of surly looking smokers seated on the steps at the entrance to the lobby, giving guests the 'you're in our hood' looks. There is no food available in the hotel except from a vending machine and a cafeteria 200 meters away. The other guests think it's ok to talk loudly (full conversation not just passing the room) until 00:45 in the morning. However, nice bathtub

Es un hotel de carretera al lado de un hospital, básico, los televisores son súper pequeños, se escucha algo de ruido de las otras habitaciones. Hay dos tipos de habitaciones, las económicas, con vista a un patio interior circular no muy grande, otras que dan al exterior

Man kann im Not das Hotel buchen. Ansonsten würde ich ein anderes suchen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Bett wackelt derart, dass man sich am besten nicht bewegt. Keine Möglichkeit sich zu Fuss etwas zu besorgen.

Bien mais loin !

Hôtel correct mais éloigné de Pampelune (20mns) de route. Pas de petit déjeuner et repas peu être possible dans une cafétéria de routiers !

Complètement déçus

A la réception la personne ne comprenait et ne parlait pas Français. Pas de prise ni même de lumière sur un côté du lit. Un très gros bruit de sifflement toute la nuit qui venait du compteur électrique. Le bruit des camions qui passaient. Et le bruit de la pluie qui s'entendait énormément. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut sortir de l'hôtel et aller à la caféteria qui est à 2mn !!! Juste le droit à 1 café, 1 jus d'orange et une part de gâteau. Pas de croissant, ni pain.

Llegamos a las 21. 00 nuestra habitación estaba sucia, las camas, toallas... de los anteriores clientes. Nos hicieron esperar 30 minutos para limpiarla y a nuestra vuelta a las 23, habian quitado las sabanas y hecho las camas solo con mantas. El baño con pelo púvico, el cristal con pasta de dientes y el suelo con barro. Tras quejarnos nuevamente a las 24 nos pusieron en 2 habitaciones por el mismo precio. La verdad es que no volveremos.

Suficiente para dormir una noche cerca de Pamplona. Sin grandes lujos, cama cómoda. Habitación limpia. Las instalaciones están un poco degradadas por el uso...paredes sucias, bañera picada, algunas cosas rotas. Pero suficiente para dormir.
