"A block or two away from the Transamerica building. Walkable distance to Chinatown, Little Italy, and the Ferry Terminal. They do not validate parking at 1 Embarcadero like their messaging system says. Rooms are kind of small, but not too terrible. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is amazing and helpful. Would definitely book there again. "

"Convenient location(right in Union square near restaurants, clothes shops, and the BART station). Comfy rooms and they have a nice deli for getting breakfast and snacks."

"Phenomenal property atop Nob Hill. Palatial setting, professional star 5-star service all around. Be sure to visit Mario at the bar, and don’t miss The Tonga Room and Hurricane Bar. Our room was spotless, well appointed (they include a steamer) and had an amazing 180+ view of the city and skyline. Highly recommended."
