"The room was perfect -- spacious, super comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, spotlessly clean, and boasting a spectacular view of the bay and the end of the runway at San Francisco International Airport. All staff were very helpful and polite. Several excellent restaurants are just a short walk away, and a shoreline promenade right in front of the hotel offers a delightful place to stroll, walk the dog, and get fresh air. Finally, the free airport shuttle service works well, but infrequently it comes by only once every 45 minutes or so."

Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"

"Incredible experience and lovely staff, we got in a bit early and they acocmodated us with earlym check in. The food at the restaurant was fresh and healthy meal options were available. The had daily free coffee until 1030 am which was also a nice touch. The location is also unbeatable right at the top of the hill. It was in the middle of everything and easy to walk or take an uber/cable car. "
