"Overall appearance is very nice, but the bones of the room weren’t as clean as first appeared. Dirty marks on the walls, doors & carpet. Beds were very comfortable tho & check-in was great. Would stay again."

"Absolutely horrifying motel. We did not have a choice as a major concert had booked out everything. So, we had tot take a chance so the drive back to Tulsa was the next day after a good rest. Got to the hotel and the it was obvious that the hotel was in dire shape. But, we moved forward and paid for the hotel. Get to the room and this is the worst experience EVER! We stay at a lot of hotels and never have seen a place in such in disrepair. Missing smoke detectors ripped out of the wall, bathroom lights not working to provide any light, food from someone eating splattered on the wall, once white bed sheets that are dingy yellow, stains all over the carpet, change on the floor from the previous customer. This was the second room we were placed after the first was worse. Immediately within in 10 minutes (was afraid to touch anything) I went back to tell the owner/manager that we would not be staying there and we would like our money back. He immediately said no and that was my choice to leave. I told him this was not even a hotel but a run down cesspool. After lengthy conversation he agreed to pay me 50%. This is not right and still infuriating to say the least. Please Please do not stay here even if it’s your last option. You would be better off buying a tent and staying in a Walmart Parkig lot. "

"My sister is handicapped and we were traveling together. They promised an accessible room; when we arrived they had given the room to someone else. They only have two and the other one was “out of order”. Then they attempted to charge me again for the not handicapped room. Thankfully, I had my Expedia receipt. Then they wanted my credit card so they could charge me for “incidentals”, but no. They don’t have any foot or drink in the room. The sink faucet leaked on cold. The coffee pot was dirty and the old coffee pack was still in it. We had to shove the door shut. They put us upstairs and down a long hallway, which was hard on my sister. I felt as if they were putting us there on purpose. Of course, I could be paranoid because they were so rude to us. We would not recommend and will never stay there again. "
