"All confirmation emails for our rooms, we had three, stated that the pool was open until 10pm. When we checked in at 8:42pm, we were told the pool for children was only open until 9pm and 10pm for adults only. We had very upset children with us. It was unexpected and not stated in any policy we could find. Also my hotel was booked thru hotels.com and I selected to pay on the day of checkin. I was charged a week prior to our stay with no notification. Within our rooms, we were not provided sheets or pillows for the pullout couch and we’re not offered them at check-in. The hotel was full due to many events going on in the area. We were given one for five people because they were limiting them for the guests. Very unprofessional and under prepared. "

"Room was clean and well supplied. Front desk staff and rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Manager was available and helpful. Parking was close. The pool area was clean."

"Room was filthy and had a door with adjoining room access that we could not secure from our side. Bathroom was dirty, linens were dirty, and parking lot was not well lit or attended. We ended up going to another hotel because my daughter had an important meeting the next day and was clearly not going to be able to rest in this lication."

"Breakfast was warm and good. Check in staff was great. Pool was great temp. Was kinda weird having a hotel in the middle of a shopping strip center so a bit noisy, but absolutely doable. Check out staff wasn’t very friendly. Kurt and unhelpful. But overall a good stay. "

"Pool room was so warm - go prepared. Kids had a blast. We will be returning often for fun getaways. Staff was friendly and accommodating too!"
