"The room was clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. I did have trouble locating the front door and had to ask in the pub where it was. The toilet seat was loose and there was no plug in the sink, but these were minor inconveniences due to the short time I stayed at the hotel. "

The woman we spoke to didn’t seem very interested or concerned, and we were disappointed that nobody even asked if we were okay given the circumstances. When we finally arrived the following evening around 5:30pm, the staff there were friendly and welcoming, and the stay itself was pleasant. However, the lack of empathy and customer care during our initial phone call left a negative first impression. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but better communication and understanding in situations like this would really improve the customer experience."
