The Oasis at Grace Bay

"We had such a lovely stay! The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and they surprised him with a treat and a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed breakfast during our stay. When our car broke down and needed to be towed, the staff were so helpful and made a stressful situation easier. Thank you for making our stay so special!"
Windsong on the Reef

"We had a wonderful stay at Windsong Resort! We were upgraded to an even nicer, modern ocean-view room with a full set of appliances, including a washing machine, stove, and huge refrigerator. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was decent, and housekeeping cleaned our room twice a day during our visit. My only complaint is that bottled water wasn’t provided, which I feel is a basic amenity most hotels offer. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Windsong to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos!"

"We had a great stay at the Shore Club. Very private. The staff were amazing. Food and drinks were excellent. Everyone was very accommodating. The beach has a little to be desired, but they offer a shuttle to their other resorts on the other side of the island with amazing beaches. We will definitely be back!"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Royal West Indies! The property is beautiful, lush, and so well maintained. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful, and the bartenders were fantastic - especially Gab! I was traveling solo and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The adults-only pool was gorgeous and such a nice place to relax when I wanted a little break from the beach. My only suggestion would be to offer a simple breakfast option at the restaurant during the off-season - Coffee, smoothies, and pastries would have been perfect. I understand it’s a quieter time of year, but there seemed to be enough guests that a small breakfast offering would have been worthwhile. Overall, I had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. I’m already looking forward to coming back!"

"Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should allow"

"My husband and I went for our 25th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay! Pros: Beautiful resort, well-maintained, smaller than what we are normally used to, rooms were nice, Foid and drink were very good. We only had a buffet one night and it was "Caribbean Night" where they served oxtails, beans, rice, smoked steak, smoked ribs, and smoked chicken, etc. It was really good! Every other night, we ordered from a menu in the restaurant...different menu every day... Cons: We went in September, which was off-season, but we didn't know that when we booked, so the property was a bit empty. We actually enjoyed the smaller atmosphere, though. It rained a lot, so we didn't get a chance to really do any excursions. There were not a lot of food choices, but the food was delicious. One restaurant each day and then one day, we had to walk across the parking lot to eat dinner, which was a bit strange to us. Small beach, but we never went to the beach, so we have no complaints. We could only order drinks until 11pm, which was horrible to us because we were really looking forward to the all-inclusive eating and drinking until we dropped! There was no entertainment, except the one night that dinner was across the parking lot. There was live music in the restaurant. Overall, it was a nice experience, but we probably won't be back."

"This is a magnificent property on the outskirts of Turks and Caicos. Very private and beautiful. The house itself is fantastic. It was just me and my husband but there is plenty of room for a family. It was a beautiful ocean view as well with the best view from the pool where you can see the palm trees and ocean. I would highly recommend not going in September though as this is apparently algae season in the south side of the island (though the host did all he could to clean it up daily) and a lot of places, including the ones that were nearby us, were closed. We were disappointed the restaurant 300 ft beside us was closed until November even though they let us book a table through Open Table and the tiki bar within swimming/kayaking distance was only open on weekend and limited menu. But the host, Ben (who takes care of the place) and the scenery were great, and we enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and felt like we were on a private island! A perfect place to get away from all the crowds but don't go in off season! :) Luckily we had perfect weather too!"

"This place is incredible! Terry and Dwayna were more than helpful and kind enough to have us cold beer, fresh fruit, and cold water waiting for us! Check in was simple, the view was to die for, easy to find with given directions, and easy to get in touch with! I will recommend Casa Zacapa to anyone!"
