Welcome to Casa Iguana, a stunning vacation home located in a tranquil setting in an upscale neighborhood in the Washington area. This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a really beautiful tropical garden setting with lots of Palm trees and a big Palapa gazebo for outside dining and grilling. Perfect for a pool side private chef setting. The home is super private and well appointed, the new décor and furniture's complement this quaint home.
The main bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom, ensuring a private and restful retreat. Bedroom two features a king bed and bedroom three features a full bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. In the common area, you'll find a sleeper sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space if needed.
One of the highlights of Casa Iguana is the inviting private pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or simply unwind under the warm Aruban sun. The outdoor dining area, complete with a BBQ station under a charming gazebo, allows you to enjoy al fresco meals with a true island feel. Relax on one of the two pool lounge chairs, soak up the peaceful ambiance, and let your cares drift away.
Inside the home, the living room provides a cozy space to gather with family and friends. The dining table comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for enjoying meals together or playing board games. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.
HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

There are four security cameras around the house. A Ring Doorbell, located outside at the front door (right side). A Ring Security Camera on top of the garage door, looking at the driveway and street. Equipped with a light sensor. Ring Security Camera on top of pool pump dedicated area, fixed on the wall, looking at the backyard door entrance and street. Equipped with a light sensor. Ring Security Alarm Base Station (located inside the house, near the Internet router in the living room), together with windows and sliding doors installed with sensors.
