Spacious Eagle Beach House

This property is a spacious, open plan single level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house situated very close to world renowned Eagle Beach and amongst restaurants, grocery stores and many island attractions. It's built in a U shape around a gorgeous private courtyard complete with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and a gas barbeque. Big patio doors open onto the courtyard from all three sides: the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The house entices you to embrace true outdoor Caribbean living.

The house has all the amenities you might need: air conditioning in both bedrooms each with king beds, hair dryer, washer and dryer, iron, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The master bedroom has a small extra room with a trundle bed for extra sleeping. We also have beach chairs, 2 bicycles, cooler(s), beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel equipment, to make your day at the beach enjoyable.

We offer any day rentals allowing guests to select mid week, lower cost airfare. Most major airlines fly to Aruba daily. We have an excellent property manager who is 'on call' 24 hours a day, and is always friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a great house with everything we needed. It was a bit far from the beach and several of our excursions would not pick us up so we had to take taxis, which wasnt to bad, but sometimes we were waiting 30 mins for one.

Communication was above and beyond expectations from the beginning. Isla, the owner, was very helpful and always responded immediately. Lots of information provided at the house. Her local managers were available and made contact the first day to answer any questions. The home was perfect for two couples and well appointed with art and an outdoor courtyard for enjoying the sunshine and gathering for meals! Able to walk to Eagle Beach and a local grocery store. Definitely One Happy Island! Marty

My family loved this house! Great proximity to a huge grocery store (super convenient) and only 5 minutes to the nearest beach. Tons of delicious restaurants in the area as well 👍 The house was clean, well furnished, and perfect for our needs! Thank you so much for such a wonderful time

Just returned from a month at Isla's vacation home. The house was exactly as advertised. Communication with Isla and her property managers was excellent and the home had everything that we needed on an extended vacation. The air conditioning in the two bedrooms worked perfectly and the consistent trade winds provided great ventilation in the remainder of the home. We weren't home very much but when we were, we spent all of our time in the outside terrace. It was definitely our favorite part of the house. We have rented many vacation homes throughout the Caribbean and we can confidently say that we would highly recommend renting Isla's vacation property for anyone visiting Aruba.

Perfect location as it is close to Super Food and 2-3 other local groceries and a very short drive to Eagle Beach. We loved opening the front doors and patio doors for a lovely breeze. The location is also close to a variety of restaurants and Arashi Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for a get-a-way as it is convenient to many of the major tourist locations on the island, but slightly secluded, so that you won't be right in the thick of the touristy areas. The house itself is well-kept and comfortable. There is also plenty of space to entertain or stay in, should you be there on a day with bad weather or want to have a pro-longed trip.

Great location, and very close to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach and Oranjestead. The amenities were nice to have (grill, washer, dryer, etc). We felt safe and the area was peaceful. Would have loved central air throughout the house, but stayed in similar homes on other trips (Jamaica, Costa Rica) so I understood the breeze is your friend 😁. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This was our first time visiting Aruba, and this property made our experience smooth. It turned out to be a pleasant and joyful family vacation! The property is clean and spacious and we had everything available. The location of the property is a big plus with proximity to grocery stores and the beach. Having a rental car, we were able to reach the best beaches (Eagle Beach, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach) in under 10 minutes. The owner and the property managers were responsive and responsible with providing necessary information.

Wonderful house in a great location. It really is just minutes from the supermarket & beaches, and the house is equipped for everything from beach trips, bike rides, cooking, just hanging out, and exploring. Isla & her team are wonderful hosts & I can't recommend them enough! This is definitely a home for those looking for a more relaxing holiday away from the tourist mecca / trap that is Palm Beach - Eagle beach is just as nice, but without nearly the same level of insanity!

We absolutely loved this rental home. The location was perfect for us. So many great restaurants and bars very close by. We felt right at home. The courtyard area was amazing! We would sit out there often to relax, read books and have meals. We’re not big fans of crowded resorts so this was a perfect fit for us. A short drive or bike ride to the beach. The landscaping is beautiful also. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Aruba! Thank you Isla!

Living outdoors atmosphere; exceptionally well stocked and outfitted. House is virtually as pictured in the listing. Well maintained, quiet neighbourhood, large rooms, convenient location. Lots of extras to make our vacation better. Bikes, loads of towels and linens, shopping bags, cooler bags, exceptionally well outfitted kitchen and outdoor space, - utensils, cookware, BBQ, lots of storage, a vehicle available for rent. We loved staying at the house. Spacious, and just a 3 minute drive to Eagle beach. Near major supermarket, and lots of good restaurants. The house was well supplied. They had beach chairs that we brought to beach every day. The house has this cool, unique walled courtyard. My son and I loved hanging out there at night looking at the stars. The property mangers were great. Drove us to the market and back when we arrived later then anticipated, hungry and tired, with no car, as the rental car place closed by the time we arrived to Aruba.
