"It was okay overall. The Netherlands seems to have a broader staffing issue at the moment, and you can feel it in the service at times, with things often feeling slow, understaffed, or lacking a bit of care and attention. One thing to be aware of is the room location. If you get a room on the station side, it genuinely feels like you are sleeping underneath the train tracks because of the noise. That said, the hotel delivers well on practicality and convenience. It served its purpose for me while dealing with delayed Eurostar travel and the chaos that came with it."

"Minimalistic and modern - staff was fabulous and everything was clean and well maintained - rooms small for American standards but well appointed and all necessary things were there ! Would stay again stayed 5 nights - also 3 min walk to metro well connected even on weekends"

"This was a short walk to and from the central train station, so was easy to get in and out of. I wouldn't bring large luggage, though, because the cobblestone streets are hard to maneuver with wheeler bags. I loved the location and could walk around the city freely. It's a short hop to canal tours, the red light district, and a lot of restaurants! You are about 1 mile (1.6 km) from the big art museums or the casino, so that's a bit further. But, there are plenty of shops to stop at along the way or you can enjoy a walk along the numerous canals. The only gripe about my stay is that my room was on the ground level right next to the main strip, so there was noise from outside until about 1 am. And, then a huge delivery truck stopped right outside my window at 7am. If you aren't on the ground floor, you'll probably really appreciate this hotel and the location."
