"Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"

"We booked this to visit my daughter who was graduating the 2 stars is becaise the place was clean..s few of the towels or wash cloths had hair pieces rolled up in them and the paint is bubbling and chipping off the walls the smoke or carbon minoxide alarms were not in their places on the ceiling we found one sitting in the bathroom mirror cabinet the beds were very hard and the entrance is a winding staircase which isnt an issue until you add the fact that the light switch part you flip up was...
