"Great house for a little vacation. Beautiful view although it rained the whole trip we still enjoyed sitting in the porch. Some dishes was still dirty in the cupboard but didn’t really bother us. Overall good "

"The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. Only wish there...
