"For one night stay in Atlanta; the room was clean with city view on the balcony was amazing. The check-in line was long, but great staff did great during checkin and check out. The hotel itself was amazing and would stay again! "

"Check in time is 4pm. We arrived after 5pm, were told our room wasn’t ready. We also paid for our room in advance, so we were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. We were given an “upgraded” room with a queen size bed. Our television did not work the first night. We called the front desk & spike with them in person. We were told it was noted & maintenance would fix the issue. Maintenance never came."
