"I like the size of the suite .i didnt like.....that ive rented this room many times before, it used to have a coffee pot and ice bucket.the room had a ironing board,no iron.remote....no batteries,i was sooooo bored and 3 packs of moldy bread in top cabinet .they dont sweep behind doors either.pretty gross this time around. "

"The stay was awesome. We came in at 3am and they checked us in without a problem. We stayed for 4 nights. Very affordable. My girls loved the pool and we enjoyed the free breakfast everyday. Rooms were clean. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Loved it. We will be back soon"

"First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. "I enjoyed my stay at this hotel while I visited for a concert (about a 5 min walk to State Farm arena). I felt completely safe! I arrived 30 minutes before check in and my room was ready already so we were let in. This was great as it gave us a chance to start getting ready and dine out before our event. We got a voucher for a free adult beverage each for my husband and myself and we really enjoyed that prior to our event. Checkout is at 12 so we didn’t feel rushed to wake up early and slept in. Breakfast is included with the stay. Staff was friendly from the reception to house keeping and valet workers. We can’t say enough good things and would stay here again."
