"La villa o plaisir est le lieu idéal pour découvrir Basse -Terre. La plage Leroux est à 4 min en voiture. Le logement est très bien équipé, on se sent rapidement chez soi. Et quelle vue! La piscine est un plus. La propriétaire Yolande est très chaleureuse et accueillante. Un panier de fruits, de l eau fraiche et le planteur nous attendait à notre arrivée. Merci pour tout. "

"Gitane was a wonderful host and met us in town to help guide us to the apartment when we arrived after dark. The apartment had everything we needed for a vacation that was mostly spent out of the apartment except when we were sleeping. It was quiet, clean, had a great quality AC unit, a nice refrigerator, a comfortable bed to sleep on, and was close to town when traveling by car. The beautiful views of the ocean and coast in the morning were a great way to start each morning."

"location was further out of town than advised, very difficult to find from poor directions, especially at night. We arrived around 10pm and the landlady messaged to say we couldn't collect the keys after 9:30. The house was not cleaned at all during our 11 day stay, WIFI was intermittent, air con only in the bedroom. Otherwise, not bad."

"Perfectly located just a short stroll to the beach, the beach house has all you could need - well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area and good AC. Spotlessly clean and charming host. Strongly recommend. "

"We were quite comfortable at Citronella Apartment. The bed was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was a nice size and had most of what we needed. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. A can opener would be useful. The view and the pool were great. We used the washing machine. A few extra simple touches would be appreciated. The bathroom was quite datedMore than one towel and pillow each would be nice. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and a plug for the kitchen and bathroom ...

"Nice hut and a lovely garden. Friendly hostess. To bad that there was a major road with heavy traffic all day and night just a few meters from the hut. Very hard to find due to bad description in the add. No sign anywhere how to find it. The bed was an uncomfortable coach, not a real bed. Only hot water in the shower all week. Not what you want when it is around 30 all day & night."

"Martine, the owner, was a delightful host. She treated me to delicious homemade soursop juice and was always available to answer questions as needed. The lodging is located at 220meter elevation, so provides for cooler nights relative to sea level. The bedroom had AC as well. Often cooked meals there. Outside patio with expansive view of Plage de Grand Anse. Highly recommend."
