Our beautiful vacation rental is located in the heart of Norden. It’s situated on a quiet side street in the city center. Just 100 meters away is the pedestrian zone with cafes, ice cream shops, and lovely stores. Our apartment itself is located on “Kunsthandwerkerstraße.” You’ll have your own parking space right next to the building, as well as a large, lockable storage area for your bicycles or similar items.
The vacation rental features two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, and the second with two single beds, each measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m. The single beds can be pushed together upon request. In addition, the apartment features a bathroom with a toilet and shower (and heated floors), as well as a separate toilet. If needed, a washing machine on the premises can be used (free of charge for stays of more than 7 days).
The kitchen is an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living room. You can access the 25-square-meter covered terrace—which opens onto a very small garden—from both the living room and the first bedroom.

HOST FEE: This fee includes: final cleaning (80 euros) as well as towels (4 euros) and bed linens (10 euros) per person. Starting on the 7th day, the towels will, of course, be replaced.
ACCOMMODATION FEE: This item includes the guest tax (=visitor's tax). For the purposes of displaying price details, this is calculated at 3.50 euros per night per person (ages 14 and older). Unfortunately, this rate is only correct during the high season (March 15 through October 31). During the rest of the year, the fee is 1.80 euros per night per person (ages 14 and older). Guests with a disability rating of at least 80 percent, as well as their accompanying persons (with valid authorization), are exempt. We will refund any overpayment when the guest card is returned.
