The room was excellent; they provided us with a rollaway bed at no additional cost. The staff during check-in 7.15.2026 9pmish was helpful; I inquired about the latest check-out time, and she informed me it was 11:30 AM at no extra charge. However, when I left at 11:18 AM, on 7.16.2026 another staff member claimed I was late and that there would be a fee. I explained that I had specifically asked the front desk representative the night before...

"The room has no closet or other place to hang clothes. There is a lot of highway noise and the air conditioner unit is very loud. The breakfast is just a few things in plastic wrap, although they have a nice espresso machine. The staff could be a bit more friendly."
