We had a small difficulty with the lockbox but José resolved the issue quickly, and it was our first exposure to the neighbors, who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. "Staying at Casa Papagaio was a truly amazing experience. The property manager was quick to respond to WhatsApp questions. It’s fairly remote so finding it was challenging and cell service limited so interacting with the property manager tricky when out of cell range. But, it was well worth the effort to locate Casa Papagaio because the cliff views and serenity are unparalleled. The fresh eggs and produce were delightful. "The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. Ribiera Grande is the bees knees!!!!"
