"Very comfortable room with breathtaking views. Depressing grey walls, furniture and curtains don’t matter so much when the sun is out. Lovely food and helpful staff. Clean windows and clean wine glasses in the room would have made our stay perfect."

"This hotel was one of my favorites in all of the world to stay in. The cabins were so cozy and well designed. I would splurge for a room with a view for sure which we had. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had a car which made this location work for us. I would recommend to stay here for sure!"

"Amazing stay, thank you! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly helpful, especially with my parking questions. The room was clean, spacious, well stocked with toiletries, and with a beautiful view. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and having coffee available in the lobby was such a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It truly felt like a home away from home!"

"Firstly, lovely hotel staff who tried to accommodate our needs. Unfortunately we arrived late and were given an enclosed room that looked at a fire escape. After raising it as an issue and playing for an upgrade, we were moved to a room with a view, albeit it a very dated bathroom. To that end I would be very careful about booking an historic room in future."

"Very clean rooms/property and fantastic breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice and 2 coffee stations, not to mention the wide variety of hot foods and fresh fruit, etc. The staff were always polite and very helpful, and definitely went the extra mile when I asked midday if they had some leftover bread from breakfast that I could buy to take on a spontaneous hike with my kids. After a couple minutes she came out from the kitchen with ham and cheese sandwiches for me and my children and wished us well on our hike! And she didn’t even charge me for them! I was so touched by the kind gesture! Above and beyond service!"
