"The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again."

"For what I paid and required, this was ideal. The room had a bed, TV, bathroom and towels so basic but travelling alone it was all I needed as a base. Breakfast was very good at the Best Western a 2-minute walk down the street. Train station is very close to the hotel. I went out for some morning runs up the coast out of town from the hotel. "

"A wonderful find! A quaint, small property that was perfect in every respect. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, and a spotless room. Hals is also convenient for sightseeing anywhere in N. Jylland: Skagen, Aalborg, Lonstrup, Voergaard, etc. Will absolutely stay at the Hals Hotel on our next trip to the area."
