Cottage on park-like grounds with pond

Our country house 'feel under thatch' invites all year round on the spacious courtyard (12 000 m²) to relax and unwind. Especially idyllic are the many places that has the secluded garden with mature trees around the house. The view from the living and dining area in the garden with pond allows at dusk monitoring wild on the adjacent pasture and orchard.

The new building has an open living and dining area, 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with 2 single beds, 2 Rooms with double bed), 2 baths, sauna, storage room (washing machine) and 2 south terraces with garden furniture and beach chair. The kitchen is high quality and fully equipped with fridge / freezer, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. For entertainment there is satellite TV and CD player available.

The thatched shed next door offers plenty of storage space for sports equipment, bicycles or children's toys. Here there is also a small children's swing. Before the house is plenty of space for cars available.

Through a bedroom and a shower without a threshold on the ground floor the house is also suitable for people with handicap (only one step in the front door to be overcome).

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie
In diesem Ferienhaus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Von der Kommunikation vor dem Aufenthalt, bis zur Abreise war alles stimmig. Das Haus verfügt über alles wichtige und ist so geräumig, dass auch Schlechtwettertage überbrückt werden können. Gern kommen wir hierher noch einmal für einen längeren Zeitraum…

Einfach alles hat gestimmt
Wir hatten mit Freunden in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in der Natur eine tolle Zeit mit viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen und Entspannen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten das Glück unseren Sommerurlaub 2023 bei der Familie Dethleffsen auf Nordstrand zu verbringen. Die Bilder und Beschreibung haben uns neugierig gemacht. Vor Ort war alles genau so, wie beschrieben. Das großzügige Anwesen und das superschöne, gepflegte Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Gerne würden wir wieder dorthin zurück. Vielen Dank!

ABSOLUT ideal für Menschen, die sich nach Ruhe und Erholung sehnen!
Das Anwesen ist von einem gut gepflegten parkähnlichen 12.000 qm Garten umgeben. Ergänzt durch zwei Terrassen mit Stühlen, Tisch, Liegen und einem Strandkorb, lädt es besonders an schönen Abenden dazu ein, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Das Haus lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Komfortable Betten (u.a. zwei hochwertige Boxspringbetten), ordentliche Bäder (eines mit Sauna). Eine gut sortierte Einbauchküche, ein herrlicher riesiger Eichentisch mit ausreichend Platz, umgeben von bodentiefen Fenstern, welche auch an trüben Tagen ausreichend Licht spenden. Abgerundet durch eine bequeme Ledercouch zum Lesen und TV-schauen, macht das Gesamtpaket dieses herrliche Domizil zum perfekten Urlaubsort für bis zu acht Personen. Generell besticht das Haus durch einen m.E. äußerst hochwertigen Ausbau. Die Eigentümer haben hier mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und sicherlich ohne auf den Cent zu achten, einen wunderbaren Platz zum Erholen geschaffen. Nordstrand selbst ist idyllisch und überschaubar. Ein wunderbarer Ort für alle, die sich Ruhe und Entspannung gönnen möchten. Gleichzeitig aber dient es auch als idealer Ausgangspunkt, um zu vielen verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten aufzubrechen.

Erholen und Abschalten
Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche mit der ganzen Familie in dem wunderbar ruhig gelegenen und schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Das Wetter hat fantastisch mitgespielt und wir konnten die Woche gemeinsam geniessen und mal herrlich runterkommen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen wunderschönen riesigen Garten . Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Leider sind auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Fahrrad ein gutes Stück entfernt (20min). Wer ohne WLAN auskommt und die Ruhe liebt wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen .

Tolles Haus
Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub mit einem tollen Haus und tollem Garten. Die Lage war ziemlich abgelegen . Man musste immer weit fahren, um etwas unternehmen zu können. Deshalb Abzug.
