Summary:
The Bay View Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) in a beautifully restored building in Ocean View. Located right on the beach and close to wonderful restaurants. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.

**Strict no party or event policy (anything over max occupancy of 4 people is considered a party/event). See house rules below for more information**

The Space:
Bedroom 1: First bedroom has a queen size bed
Bedroom 2: Second Bedroom has a queen size bed

*There is no ramp or elevator in this house.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with high-speed wifi.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire house to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

Getting Around:
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot (#3) in the parking lot in front of the building.

Other Things to Note:
House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM

- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter

Nice small place in the beach
The unit would be very tight for 4, great for 2 or 3 people - just my opinion. Don't go in Feb- too cold with breeze of the bay. Probably fabulous in summer! It's 30-40minute drive to Virginia Beach where shopping and attractions are.

My wife and I came down for our nephew's college graduation from ODU. The rental was nice and we loved the bay view. Our only critique was the vent in the hallway, across from the bathroom was absolutely filthy!

We were their for my sons graduation from college. It was great location to where he graduated at. Easy to get around. Neighborhood was ok. Saw a lot of people packing guns . Im.ok with it. Just makes people nervous to be around. But nice place on the beach.
