"We arrived to a dirty condo. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband...

"Fairly quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and gas stations. New kitchen and bath fixtures. The beds were comfortable. Extra towels."

"This is a cute suite that is shared with several other tenants. We ran into an issue with the A/C unit and the host was very attentive and got it taken care of. The floors were a bit sandy, but to be expected from being so close to the beach. There is store right across the street and a brewery also within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. There wasn’t any coffee, but there is a coffee pot. We didn’t have an ocean view, but enjoyed...

"Property was well maintained and suited my needs perfectly. I was warned about ongoing road maintenance but it didn't hinder or bother me at all. Only thing I was missing was an oven mitt when cooking dinner one night but I made do!"
