No. This is the like... fifth time we've gone through this exercise. I am not writing an actual review. Stop asking me to. Just let me rate it 5-stars. It was a wonderful hotel experience, but I have no desire to explain in detail what the issue is. At this point, I'm more annoyed about getting these emails from you all when you manually review the review and decide it doesn't fit your standards.

Our room was exceptionally clean! Staff at front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even suggested things to do during our short stay.

TV was out of service.

Excellent property with one drawback: parking. It took an average of 20-30 mins to find a parking space every time I returned to the hotel which was annoying. There should be spaces reserved only for guests.

Nice hotel. Price gouging by all the hotels on Memorial Day weekend😵‍💫 so definitely not worth it. Elevator capacity is not nearly enough for the volume of people

The property was a perfect location from the airport as I awaited the leave time for my cruise that left on the day of checkout.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Our suite was huge and I wish we had more time to enjoy the stay vs passing through. Will definitely come back

Love this property it was really nice

I went here with my husband for a night away and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the towels were soft, and there was a gorgeous view of the river from our hotel.

The landscaping, flowers, indoor and outdoor seating were beautiful! The only drawback were the many geese and their droppings on the sidewalks

Clean room very friendly staff. Loved that it was right on the beach. The restaurant, Mahi's, was delicious. It is in a great location on the boardwalk. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only downside was $15 a day to park. Will definitely stay there anytime we come back to Virginia Beach

Great hotel.

Front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodated our early arrival. Lobby is beat. Peeling paint on then ceiling, graffiti on the signs. Only one elevator working. Carpets needed a vacuum desperately. Our bathroom sink was leaking. Only given two towels. No hand towels, no washcloths. Only had a half roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls. Fridge was not working.

My stay was amazing and the hotel was immaculate..The manager was great he took care of the mistakes that i had made on my reservation..But we were told by one of the guys that parking was included in the stay then when my daughter went out to her car one of the valets got her info and told her to go to the front desk and at that moment they told her that they were taking it out of her deposit..and when she told them who told her that it was included they looked at each other like it wasnt...
