"The staff was extremely friendly and immediately jumped into action to help resolve a booking problem (much thanks to Frances!). We got to witness the staff go above and beyond to make a newlywed couple's stay a memorable one. I also really appreciated the complimentary refresher juice offered in the lobby. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous water view. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower's water pressure was great. Every inch of the hotel was immaculate and so well-appointed. The hotel is very walkable to local attractions like the Hampton History and Air & Space museums, carousel, and Hampton University. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
