"Looked at the pool in the photos thinking this would be a perfect spot to take my kids to . 15 mins down from the beach and away from large crowd . Looked forward to taking them to the indoor pool as advertised. Pictures of the pool were crystal clear . False advertisement! when asked about the issues front desk brushed off . "Biggest issue was parking - pay too much for valet and I parked my own car even… since it is in front of the hotel. Menu was good but limited. I unfortunately stayed when they were industrial cleaning carpets. Pool was closed and staff couldn’t tell me if or when it would open. 3 stars"

"This place is a dump. My room floor was unstable . I was scared to plug in anything. The area is sketchy. I booked for 2 nights but left after the first night and took the second night as a loss."

Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. "We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!"
