This property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights, and I will definitely stay again. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel was minutes away from shopping. The front desk staff was courteous and inviting. I stay in hotels often, and am very meticulous.....this one will not disappoint! Another plus is that NO PETS were allowed. I have really really bad allergies and sensitive skin. I cannot stay in places where pets are allowed.

Lobby was clean.
The rooms buffered noise from the hallway as a middle school band was visiting from out of town. The noise from the kids did not disturb my sleep.

The pools and fitness area is top notch, not crowded. The area is manicured and plush. Could hear the train from Busch Gardens, loved that! The room was all we could ask for. This was a great min vacation!

Staff was professional, the room was clean and the proximity to both Busch Gardens and Water Country, cost was a factor as well. Only wish there was a microwave in the room.

We had a great stay. The place we got was a two bedroom, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed with a sofa bed in the living room. The bed was firm, which I am not use to, but it was very comfortable. The pillows were a little high; they were uncomfortable the first night. By the second night I figured out how to lay on them so I could sleep comfortably. The room was spacious and comfortable. My husband used the fitness center, which he enjoyed. Since our stay was short, we didn't really take...

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. When entering the hotel, we saw many vases of beautiful yellow roses grouped together, which complemented the attractive décor. There are many sitting areas to visit with friends, or quietly read a book. At various times, a lady dressed in 18th century clothing was seated knitting, which...

Our king size room was very spacious and clean! The staff was courteous and professional, and the pool and hot tub were awesome after a full day exploring Williamsburg.

I loved my stay! The views are spectacular and the food at the restaurant below is delicious. The staff there are lovely and very helpful.
Be aware that there is no front desk, you just call to their sister property to get door codes for your room. I liked this but if you’re looking for a traditional hotel, this isn’t it. They were very helpful over the phone and let me have a later checkout.
FYI, the restaurant does not serve breakfast, so be prepared to drive to Smithfield or Williamsburg...
