"There was a winter schedule for activities. Activities that were available did include all ages. I was disappointed that there was nothing to indicate that the restaurant was not open on Wednesdays during the winter. I was disappointed that there was no coffee, tea or even plain water available in the lobby. Other than that, it is a nice resort."

"Pool heater was under repair so the pool was too cold for us. So long as you're actively trying to fix it, there's not room to complain there! It happens. The resort is very lovely and comfortable. The color scheme is easy and restful on the eyes. I enjoyed how quiet the fireplace was- such a nice way to relax. I would have appreciated more water pressure in the deluxe shower. Kind of silly to have wall jets that act more like a humidifier than a massage. We also had a lack of bedding for the pullout sofa. Too tired to complain, we made do with just the fitted sheet. I also would recommend the smallest upgrade for a better wine bottle opener. I nearly broke it because it is made of thin plastic. Regardless of the quality, the kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything I wanted."

"The place looks very nice but once in the room it was a different story. Found candy under the bed and then we looked even more under the bed because we had a 1 year old with us and found a weed vape pen under the bed back by the wall. The second day we were in the bed and then found an fake eyelash in the bed, I don't wear fake lashes. They also make you sign something about no drugs and smoking in the hotel but as soon as you walk on the first floor the first thing you smell is weed. It hits you like a ton of bricks! Wouldn't be that big of a deal if they didn't make you sign a special acknowledgment that it's a smoke free hotel. Staff was amazing though and very helpful! "

"Beautiful and charming hotel, very well situated within walking distance to Williamsburg. Nice rooms, restaurant on site, parking."

"The pools were great and the little kids had a ball. We rented a cabana which was great to relax and have some lunch before going back in. We have been to Great Wolf Lodge several times and have a blast every time. Thank you all"

"Place was a dump. Items broken all over. Obvious no sense of urgency to repair. Breakfast was terrible. This facility is trending downhill fast."
