"Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!"

"My booking was for two nights, but we only stayed one night due to the hotel’s poor conditions. The room was dirty, and the mattress sheet had what appeared to be blood or wine stains.We requested the front desk to change the sheets. The floor was very noisy, with a group of students staying on the same floor who were screaming and slamming doors until mid night. The hotel staff was not helpful, and communication was difficult as housekeeping staff did not speak English. Although we paid for two nights, we had to leave the next day due to these issues."

"The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room."

"The outside could be worked on a bit,but over all it was a comfortable stay,the bed was really comfortable and clean and whoever the housekeeper is who decorates the towels should get a raise that’s what sealed the deal for me it actually put a smile on my face when I saw it. "
