The bathrooms downstairs were a little tight for our handicapped parent and there were some water stains on the ceiling but the house itself was clean and had some extra things like soap and laundry detergent that we could use. "Excellent pet friendly spot in town! Property was very clean, I have zero complaints with it there. Great close location to Central Park and overall not a bad walk to anywhere in Cape Charles. Property managers were excellent and easy to work with, will definitely use their properties again. This is a great place for anyone looking to come to Cape Charles and not spend a fortune like some of the other places around town. "
