"We booked this tiny house for a spontaneous night away to do some fishing in Cape Charles. The property and house were absolutely adorable and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The property had an amazing bonfire pit and grill if you don’t want to eat out, and there’s plenty of space with a fence and grassy areas if you’re traveling with a dog. "We spent a month at this beautiful peaceful retreat & it was wonderful. The home is a rustic, unique A-frame situated right on the Rappahannock River. We had the privilege of seeing several bald eagles from the back deck during our stay. It was very comfortable and we felt like we were at home while we were there. We brought our Labrador Retriever who enjoyed his stay as well. Would highly recommend this property to others who are looking for a laid back place to stay complete with tranquility...

"This little house had everything we needed! 4 of us stayed and it was just enough room. We were a relatively close walk to the beach and weren't a far drive from other attractions... would recommend!"

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

The owners communicated well and they were very accommodating on my last minute trip planning. The beach wasn’t far at all and town was in walking distance with nice weather. We came in March so it wasn’t perfect beach weather but we are hoping to come back when it’s warmer! "
