"Quite possibly the best impromptu stop my husband and I have ever made! Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was even more enjoyable with the beautiful view.We loved taking in the beautifully decorated rooms and especially enjoyed cozying up by all the fireplaces. The entire stay was so peaceful and relaxing—it was the perfect place to get away and unwind. We’re already planning our return!"

"Overall this was a great choice. I was visiting family nearby and didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, so I gave a good rating for some of the categories as I didn't get to try them. The hotel was easy to find and located very near an outdoor shopping mall with good chain restaurant choices, a Walmart, TJ Maxx and other stores. Within walking distance of the hotel are a Wendy's and Chipotle. The area felt very safe. Check-in was great, the lobby is very clean. The hotel staff were friendly. When we got to our room, there was a slight bleach smell and I would rather that than a moldy smell. The bathroom and room were clean and lots of towels. Beds were very comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast, my son did and said it was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house was perfect, to bad the weather wasn't the first three days we dealt with the nor'easter but it gave us time to rest. Monday night music at the Hole in the Wall was a nice surprise."

"Though it is obvious that money is tight and some maintenance and ambiance needs have been put on hold, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. It was a much lower price than other places to stay, and I enjoyed my time there."

"Pulling in on a small farmhouse to the back of the property right on the Rappahannock River with a great waterfront view. Every morning I would wake up to the sunrise and it was beautiful and the smell of the ocean in the air."

"If you are considering staying at Salt Therapy, you won't be disappointed. There was plenty of seating for your entire group and enough room for everyone to have their own space. The home and outdoor areas were clean and comfortable, and the best part was the large sunroom. The hosts truly thought of what guests would need and were quick to respond. There are unique shops and restaurants nearby that we visited but check their business hours before you venture out. To be honest, we preferred to stay at the house most of our trip. It won't be our last visit to Salt Therapy."
