The lobby and room were fabulous, wanted a balcony for fresh air and that was nice too, with chairs and a small table. The property is huge, outside seems like it could use some freshening up but inside was updated and lovely.

Overall good experience. Restaurant was short staffed and extremely slow. Indoor Pool window was broken so we had privileges at a nearby hotel. Great work around. Otherwise, the property was well kept and only 4 minutes to Busch Gardens.

We stayed in a standard doubled bed on the first floor. The sliding glass door did not completely close nor truly lock. The beds were hard and had a divet in the middle. Would not recommend this hotel based on beds and rooms. Staff was friendly.

The room and lobby were very clean. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately the pool being out of service was a bummer. They did offer an alternative hotel with a pool but obviously not convenient. No where other than the gym on the first floor to get water. There was a microwave at the end of the hall For all to use. I feel that a hotel in a tourist area with kid parks, a microwave in the room would be a given. The parking fee was waived due to the pool inconvenience, however, not offering continental breakfast and charging for parking with such little amenities and frills, I doubt I would stay again. Clean sure, but many other hotels offer more for less. Cookies were always warm!

Room and bathroom were clean and staff were friendly. The first night the indoor pool was not functioning and the outdoor pool was dirty. Second day the outdoor and indoor pool were both closed. The kids were disappointed. But I understand being their control and an alternate site was offered at another hotel. They did what they could to try and offer another solution. Cookies at check in were a wonderful treat. Would be nice if a continental breakfast could be offered. All in all a very comfortable stay.

My family had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the swimming pool was perfect for kids because it wasn't too deep, and our children especially loved the arcade room. However, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping service. After cleaning our room, the staff did not replace the cups/glasses or restock the coffee and tea supplies. We also tried calling housekeeping several times, but no one answered the phone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement.

The room doors are chipped and have splotches. The elevators sound questionable. My shower curtain lining had some type of white thick substance like shaving cream or something on it. My friends room had bedding that wasn’t changed and no shower curtain. Regular upkeep/maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority here. If you just need a place to sleep that is very close to Busch Gardens, it’s cool. But if you have a preference for a place that cares about appearances as well as comfort please choose somewhere else. Cookies were excellent though.

The rooms were nice clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Location was good for restaurants . They could have included a continental breakfast and to have to pay for parking was not good. The parking lot was big no need to charge good thing we only stayed for 2 nights for a wedding otherwise I would choose another hotel. Don’t think I’ll go back if I’m in that area again.

Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.
