The staff were amazing and the property was clean! They only downside was that the pool was closed for renovation BUT they partnered with the hotel just down the street and we had access to their pool during our stay. So they were very proactive and I appreciated that!

The lobby and room were fabulous, wanted a balcony for fresh air and that was nice too, with chairs and a small table. The property is huge, outside seems like it could use some freshening up but inside was updated and lovely.

Overall good experience. Restaurant was short staffed and extremely slow. Indoor Pool window was broken so we had privileges at a nearby hotel. Great work around. Otherwise, the property was well kept and only 4 minutes to Busch Gardens.

We stayed in a standard doubled bed on the first floor. The sliding glass door did not completely close nor truly lock. The beds were hard and had a divet in the middle. Would not recommend this hotel based on beds and rooms. Staff was friendly.

The hotel itself was beautiful: clean, modern, and easy to find. There were other issues, though. Several kids were in the pool tossing balls all over, including at the HVAC in the ceiling, while their parents sat and watched, drinking heavily. There were no towels because the kids had taken them all, though they were replenished after I asked. The biggest issue isn't the kids or the pool. It's the $12 per night parking fee. There is no security, garage, or valet, just an additional charge that gets tacked on. In my case, they double charged me $24 per night, for a total of $51.36 for two nights of parking. That's the price of an entire hotel room at some places. We have yet to receive a call back to correct this. The "market" also has a very high markup: two small Smartwater bottles came to $8.88. Great hotel, but watch out for predatory charges.

Room and bathroom were clean and staff were friendly. The first night the indoor pool was not functioning and the outdoor pool was dirty. Second day the outdoor and indoor pool were both closed. The kids were disappointed. But I understand being their control and an alternate site was offered at another hotel. They did what they could to try and offer another solution. Cookies at check in were a wonderful treat. Would be nice if a continental breakfast could be offered. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed our room! Very spacious. The kids loved the pool and its access getting to the outdoor pool through the indoor pool, that was cool. My only issue was the bathrooms exhaust fan not working to help with the moisture during/ after a shower,

The room and lobby were very clean. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately the pool being out of service was a bummer. They did offer an alternative hotel with a pool but obviously not convenient. No where other than the gym on the first floor to get water. There was a microwave at the end of the hall For all to use. I feel that a hotel in a tourist area with kid parks, a microwave in the room would be a given. The parking fee was waived due to the pool inconvenience, however, not offering continental breakfast and charging for parking with such little amenities and frills, I doubt I would stay again. Clean sure, but many other hotels offer more for less. Cookies were always warm!

My family had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the swimming pool was perfect for kids because it wasn't too deep, and our children especially loved the arcade room. However, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping service. After cleaning our room, the staff did not replace the cups/glasses or restock the coffee and tea supplies. We also tried calling housekeeping several times, but no one answered the phone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement.
