"Nicest staff I have ever encountered. We landed early from our flight and they held our luggage for free. We left on a cruise from Norfolk the next day, and we were able to walk directly to the port which was very convenient. There are many restaurants and activities to do in walkable distance as well. 10/10 recommend!"

My room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The front desk made check-in a breeze, and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay. The location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short drive from downtown Norfolk. The on-site restaurant and bar were also a pleasant surprise, offering great food and a comfortable setting to unwind. "The staff was very nice and went out of their way to give us a room that had a view and wasn’t too close to the bar that stayed open until 2:00am. I felt bad using a wash cloth to remove my makeup but didn’t have a make up wipe available."

"The Chair to sit down on in the room was wobbly, made getting work done on the laptop a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise the room, bedding, shower and refridgerator were all in nice condition Sound is terrible, People will rev their engines outside past 10pm."
