We were looking for a nice affordable clean stay for just night. We arrived at midnight and we had a flawless, quick check in. The rooms were nice, clean and surprisingly comfortable beds and pillow. I cannot believe how nice and affordable this place is. We will book here from now on.

Upon arrival, the staff member Nelly was so attentive helpful and efficient. The smell of the halls were a little strong smelling. Not bad just strong,, but once in the room it was really nice! Clean and tidy!! Totally stocked with clean towels for two days even though we only stayed one night. The next morning the front desk personnel was really helpful and kind. Breakfast was ok Coffee and tea available. Definitely recommend them!! Great price too!

On our trip to the area, our family with 2 seniors and 2 adult children stayed in 3 hotels. Spark by Hilton Norfolk has by far the softest and most comfortable beds. We actually all slept through the night, and the temperature in the room was just right. It is located near the Premium Outlet. We happened to need shoes/boots for a wedding/pony swim in Chincoteague. We ended going to the Outlet twice and got what we needed cheaply.

Most of the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming, even checking in they made it seem like we were bothering them. In the morning I would tell them good morning and it seemed to make them angry. There was an exception on our second night stay the young lady and gentleman at the front desk were friendly and polite, I enjoyed talking with them and felt welcomed and not like I was bothering them. When we checked out the young man checked us out with a smile. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not good, the eggs were like soup one the sausage was very pale didn’t seem cooked enough and the bagels were hard to find unless you wanted an everything bagel. The plastic utensils were not stocked with knives had to request the staff for more.

Clean and cozy room. Close to East Beach but be prepared to walk there. (Very little parking at the beach) I'm glad the hotel was so close. The staff was very friendly. I would most definitely stay again.

After reviewing several comments about poor customer service from other visitors, at the front desk, I was happy to have a delightful young lady assist me with my check in, questions about area restaurants and issues with my frig. My room was neat and clean, but the frig did not get cold enough to provide safe storage for food. The front desk person looked at it, but did not provide a solution other than to open it up again to trigger the system.This did not work. There were also no early morning breakfast solutions if you had to leave before breakfast started. Finally, having a shuttle to the airport would be an amazing addition.

Not bad for a low budget hotel with a cold breakfast. Staff was super helpful and super friendly. I think based on the fact that this hotel is low budget that the price per night was a little steep. No pool, no gym, no hot breakfast, etc.
